Spring Reset: Sound Bath & Yoga!

Sound Bath, Yoga, & Lunch! Join us for a deeply restorative morning that blends gentle yoga with an immersive sound bath experience. We’ll begin with a slow, grounding yoga flow designed for all levels - helping you release tension and reconnect with your body. From there, settle into stillness as layers of sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments wash over you, guiding you into a meditative, calming state.

This experience is designed to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and restored.
