TICKET REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION. Each child must have a ticket to participate in any activity and to receive giveaways. Ticket includes: a trick or treat bag, a pumpkin, a pumpkin decorating kit game play and prizes, a cookie and decorating supplies. Refunds are not available for this event. We'll be getting into the Halloween spirit RAIN OR SHINE!
