What is a labyrinth? A labyrinth isn’t a maze;  there are no wrong turns and nothing to figure out. It’s one winding path, to the center and back, designed to slow you down and give you space to reflect.

We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help you slow down and set an intention. Then you’ll walk the labyrinth at your own pace, carrying something you’re ready to release. At the center, you’ll have the opportunity to write it down and let it burn.
