This annual #supportlocal shopping event is just around the corner!

2023 DATES ARE: NOV 30, DEC 7 & DEC 14, 5-9pm
Locally made products will be given priority.

This year’s cost to participate as a vendor is $35 per date plus a donated product valued at $15 or more for our charity raffle. Please provide a raffle product for each date. Donated items may be brought to the event. All proceeds will be used to fulfill wish lists of kids in the foster system via Friends of Foster Kids!

Sip N Shop has always been very well attended which is why we have repeat vendors requesting spots. Space is limited so return your application ASAP. We provide extensive marketing and promotions to facilitate a successful evening for all.

WE WILL PROVIDE:  6-8 ft table/space, advertising, 2 Chairs

YOU MAY PROVIDE:  signage/banner, products to sell/sample/demo, coupons/flyers.

Additional space and electricity is available upon request. You may also bring your own table or set up as long as it fits in your space.

Locally made products will be given priority. 

Return this completed form no later than 10/15/2023 as vendors will be chosen and notified no later than 10/31.

The vendor fee must be submitted (link to do so electronically will be provided) within 48 hours of application approval or your spot will be forfeited.

Refunds are not available.  You must stay the entire 4 hours. Set up can begin as early as 4:00pm.
