Each entrant is: -responsible for supplying all of their own cookware and serving utensils. A crockpot is recommended and you must bring your own extension cord.
-required to provide at least 6 quarts of chili and have it heated up and ready to serve by 5:45pm. Chili not up to 145 degrees by 6pm will not be served.
-required to display a list of ingredients used in their chili in order to alert any tasters to possible allergens.
We will provide tasting spoons, bowls, and napkins.
The 1st place winner will receive $50 cash. Winner will be determined by guest taster judging as well as a blind judging panel from our kitchen crew.
