YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING ALL GUESTS ABIDE BY THEM.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of  is needed to confirm the booking of your event. The deposit will be deducted from the final payment.
Upon cancellation over 30 days prior to the event, your full deposit will be returned to you in the manner in which it was made. 
If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event, your deposit will be forfeited. 

FINAL PAYMENT
You will be billed for all food and beverages (as outlined in this event order) at the conclusion of your event.

SUNDAY & MONDAY GUEST MINIMUM
The minimum guest count for a Sunday or Monday event is 50. We understand that things happen and will   allow your count to drop to 45 on the day of the event. If less than 45 attend, we will charge $10 per person under 45. Ex: if only 42 people show, we will add $20 ($10 x 2) to your tab. If 40 people show, we will add $40 to your tab.   

FOOD
Once your final food order is received you are responsible for purchasing that amount the day of your event. We will provide carry out containers for leftovers but cannot remove items from your bill that were ordered and not eaten. We are happy to make recommendations regarding quantities as we plan your event, but cannot be responsible for how much your guests actually eat.

PRIVATE EVENTS
The Hop Room can accommodate seating for up to 24 seated guests.
We can host parties for up to 150 in our dining room. 
We are closed to the public to host events for 50 guests or more on Sundays and Mondays.
The brewery is also available to host private luncheons Tue, Wed, and Thur before 3pm.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
We brew all of our beers and make all of our wines, ciders, meads, and seltzers. We do not offer open bar packages. Beverages may be added to your tab or placed on individual guest tabs. You may limit the number of drinks added to your tab and we can provide you with drink tickets for this purpose. Alcoholic beverages are not available in pitchers. They are available by the glass only. Our selection changes frequently and our current beverage menu can be found here https://www.sherwoodbrewing.com/beverage-menu/

Select beers are available to go in growlers or kegs.

All guests drinking and/or ordering alcoholic beverages must have a valid ID proving they are 21 years of age. If a minor or anyone without valid identification is caught attempting to order or drink alcohol they will be asked to leave. You, as the host, may also be required to pay for all food and drink served, thus far, and leave. No refunds will be given. No exceptions will be made.

NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
We proudly serve Detroit City Soda which are available in a variety of flavors and sizes. Made with pure cane sugar, no GMO’s, and gluten free! Freshly brewed and flavored iced teas, lemonade, hot tea and coffee are also available.

BREWERY TOURS
Add a complimentary brewery tour to your event for a unique flair! This must be done during the event planning process and is based on brewer availability.

DECORATING
Decorations that can be easily placed and taken down are welcome. Command hooks and poster putty may be used on the walls. No tape or pushpins.
No glitter or helium balloons. Balloons with air are fine.

OUTSIDE FOOD/DESSERTS
Outside food and beverages are prohibited due to licensing restrictions. Exceptions may be made for occasion cakes, however, we do not provide any cake cutting services, nor do we provide plates, napkins, or plasticware. If you bring an outside dessert you must provide your own paper plates, napkins, and plasticware.

SMASH CAKES
Adorable but messy! Please bring a floor covering (disposable tablecloth, shower curtain, drop cloth) to put under your baby’s high chair.
